SERVICE WARRANTY

ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN APPLY TO ANY USE OF
EXPERIENCING IMAGINATION EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES.

Experiencing Imagination Companies, Inc is the "PROVIDER",
the equipment renter and/or services user is the "USER".

SERVICE WARRANTY. Rental equipment and services provided shall be free of significant defect and available for use 80% or more of the scheduled event time. Missing, undelivered or out-of-service equipment shall be considered not to meet the 80% in-service time if a substitution of similar type and equal or greater value was not provided. Periods of BAD WEATHER or a QUIT due to BAD WEATHER is not warranted, refundable or adjustable, except as may be provided in POLICY-BW (Bad Weather Policy).

The determinations required herein shall be made by PROVIDER.

PROVIDED SERVICES. Delivery times are subject to change without adjustment. Delivery, labor and services once provided are not adjustable.

POWER. All fuel and electricity (electrical connections, batteries, gasoline, LPG, diesel or other) is the USERS responsibility and the lack thereof shall not be considered in SERVICE WARRANTY decisions.

EQUIPMENT SHUTDOWN. The shutdown of equipment by the USER without PROVIDER’S approval or the shutdown of equipment by PROVIDER for use not incompliance with the EQUIPMENT USE POLICIES shall not be considered in WARRANTY determinations.

SUBSTITUTIONS. While advance notice and concurrence will be sought, PROVIDER may substitute items of equal or greater value as deemed necessary without prior notice to USER if an item is out-of-service or unavailable.

TENT SIZING. Published tent lengths and widths are +/-20% from actual.  There is no warranty for size variations within this range. Actual tent measurements (+/- 5%) are available upon written request. If a warranty condition exists, one or more tents that when combined are equal to or greater than the published square footage of the originally rented tent shall be provided and this shall meet all size requirements of the rental.

WARRANTY ADJUSTMENT. Warranty adjustments shall be in the form of a pro-rated credit for future use of the same or similar equipment. There shall be no cash-out value of a warranty adjustment.
